The project involved a comprehensive waterproofing and surface protection solution for a high-end residential development located on the east side. The scope included waterproofing of wet areas, roofs, and water tanks, along with the application of advanced floor and wall coatings. Our team worked diligently in a challenging environment—where quality, precision, and durability were critical—to enhance the safety and lifespan of the structure. From bathrooms to basements and balconies to roofs, every corner was secured with industry-leading materials and techniques to prevent future water ingress and structural damage.

Project Challenge

The primary challenge was ensuring seamless waterproofing across multiple structural elements while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards. The site posed unique difficulties such as working in occupied spaces, addressing surface cracks, dealing with fluctuating weather conditions, and implementing long-lasting solutions in areas exposed to constant water usage. It required careful coordination, flexible planning, and expertise in handling diverse materials like bitumen membranes, cementitious coatings, and PU-based systems.

What We Did

We provided complete waterproofing and surface protection services, including wet area and water tank waterproofing using cementitious and PU systems. Roofs and metal surfaces were sealed with bitumen membranes and protective coatings. We applied durable epoxy, polyurea, and Ucrete floor coatings, repaired cracks, injected waterproofing materials, and treated expansion joints. GRP lining and panels were installed for corrosion resistance, and the roof was refurbished using a combo system for added insulation and waterproofing.
